    Hello!
    Just bought the theme and it’s fantastic.
    I need some help though, in making it RTL compatible.
    Shame that it doesn’t come that way out of the box…

    Anyway, this is the website: https://dev.rois.me/wp/

    Also, how can I import a specific block from a demo different than mine?

    Hi!

    For the individual blocks, you can import these under the importer (Appearance->Import Demo Data). The very last item should be the individual template pieces. These will be imported and usable like other Elementor template pieces.

    For the RTL formatting, could you give me a list of specific places you need help with? It looks like you’re a good amount there already.

    Here’s some CSS for the form labels:

    .form-group label {
        right: 0;
        left: auto;
    }

    Regarding the blocks, I imported them but they don’t work well. Some of them aren’t aligned correctly, others are half-imported. Exmaple: https://snag.gy/mCAekQ.jpg
    The navy background with the dots in it is missing… what to do?

    As for the RTL, after I’ll finish setting up the website I’ll compile a list of what needs to be tweaked. Thanks!

    The navy background and dots are set via theme options for that template (the entire body of the page) so it doesn’t override your individual block styling.

    You can of course, just turn these on for the individual blocks/pages if you don’t want these items on every page.

    We could consider a refund, but we generally ask that you try to resolve any issues first.

    Is this still related to the RTL styling? If that’s the case, why not list out the places you need help with so we can provide support?

    It’s not so much about RTL, it’s more about the fact that it’s geared toward the visual aspect almost 100% and to be honest I just want something more classic. I didn’t think Fusion would rely so heavily on Elementor.
    It’s perfect for the photographer or freelancer, but as an agency I can’t tweak it for my needs.
    Appreciate your assistance.

    Could you give me an example of something you’re having trouble doing?

    We wrote Fusion to be very extensible. So while it’s made to be easy to edit visually, it’s also far more functional than most themes you’re going to find on ThemeForest.

    Is there something specific you’re having trouble with?

    It’s just different than what I expected it to be and doesn’t fit my needs.
    If you can refund me I’d appreciate it. If not, that’s fine too.
    Thanks.

    If you can provide a use case where we can’t get it working for your needs, I can definitely offer you a refund, but we try to keep this as last resort and generally only do so if there’s something the theme is doing wrong and we can’t fix.

    We try not to offer refunds left and right since its a digital product and we do get a lot of fraudulent claims. I’m sure this isn’t you, but to prevent this from snowballing, we follow Envato’s refund policy pretty closely.

    If there’s still something you need help with, feel free to ask. Otherwise, if you decide you’d like to use it on a different project, you can always do that too.

    I just need something classic with a normal header and footer. Something more “built-in” and less customizable. Something simpler to use. All these visual options are over the top and bloat my workflow.
    There’s no fraudulent claim here, just a person who tries not to throw 50$ down the drain. As for Envato, their policy says that while their support won’t be able to refund you, upon the authour’s agreement – it’s completely ok.
