    Hi guys

i have been using this theme and i found it really disappointing, i just dont see any reason how this is different from just the plugin itself, the header options are decent, but again most of is standard and basic. The templates are only small sections and the modified builder is a little more complicated. Can i please get a refund for this?

Sorry to hear that, Darrel. However, the theme is far different from the plugin itself (I’m assuming you’re referring to Elementor). The animation engine, AJAX page loading, grid features, and number of options that are injected into Elementor are what sets the theme apart.

Additionally, what most people may fail to realize is that a theme was never intended to handle other aspects of the site and is meant to “theme” a site purely stylistically. Fusion follows proper coding standards and encapsulation, which I realize does not appear as glamorous or glitzy as throwing a ton of premium plugins at you like many other themes do. Contrary to popular belief, this actually translates into more development hours to make Fusion as performant as it is.

Refund requests need to be brought up on Envato’s site, not the support forum, but you should know that we generally follow Envato’s refund policy pretty closely. If the theme has a bug or issue that we can’t address, you’re definitely entitled to a refund. If you’re disappointed in the lack of premium plugins bundled with a theme that’s advertised as reducing bloat, I’m not quite sure what to tell you. But if you do have a question, problem, or a specific request, we may be able to help.
