In your luxe-options.php file where you’ve replaced a line it looks like one of the lines was replaced like this:
Should only be one ‘j’ in jQuery:

I have the same problem with the menu not working after the chrome update and I have also applied the fixes mentioned elsewhere in this forum. Unfortunately the menu is still not working. I checked to see if I also had a jjquery(window) somewhere in stead of jquery(window) but that doesnt seem to be the case. Could you take a look at http://www.betagammaconsulting.com/ ?

I had already applied those fixes mentioned in the link you provided but to make sure I did it right I asked someone with better programming skills to redo them. I also tried this fix:
var scrollElem = ((navigator.userAgent.toLowerCase().indexOf(‘webkit’) != -1) ? ‘body’ : ‘html’);
And replacing with this:
var scrollElem = ‘html,body';
But the menu is still not working.
I have bought extended support (valid till april) so could you please help me out? I really want this fixed asap as it’s such an crucial part of website. I have tried everything and have no idea to how to fix this. I can give you direct admin access if needed.

Glad to help you out and provide support, but please keep in mind that support provides fixes to the theme and help with theme issues, not necessarily a developer to login and modify the theme for you.
The issue I see on your site currently is that not only was the scrollTo file not updated, but the file is missing entirely from your theme ( http://www.betagammaconsulting.com/wp-content/themes/glissando/js/jquery.scrollTo-220.127.116.11-min.js?ver=4.9.4 ).
Someone has most likely removed this file and the theme menu cannot work without it.March 10, 2018 at 11:07 am #47751
I have replaced the missing file and doublechecked the 3 fixes and it’s finally working. Thanks for your patience.
