photogallery-thumbnail on page A opens lightbox, but clicking the close-button in lightbox (or anywhere outside the img) opens media-file page instead of page A.
thanks!October 3, 2017 at 3:54 pm #46970
Could you link to the page with the issue? Thanks!October 4, 2017 at 7:40 am #46974
in Elementor the link back works, but not in normal pageview.
I tried disabling all unnecessary plugins – no effect.October 4, 2017 at 5:09 pm #46979
I see what you’re saying. This is the default gallery provided in Elementor, right? No other non-theme plugins have been added?
Could you try disabling AJAX and let me know if this resolves the issue? IF so, you can re-enable it, but this will help us narrow down the issue and provide a fix.October 4, 2017 at 5:53 pm #46982
disabled ajax with the heartbeat plugin – is that right? same effect.October 5, 2017 at 1:35 am #46985
No sorry- this should be under theme options in Customizer->Loading. Could you switch the AJAX toggle to off and let me know if it starts working?
If not, could you privately post login credentials?October 5, 2017 at 6:23 am #46987
that resolved it! default elementor gallery is working fine when ajax is turned off.October 5, 2017 at 11:11 am #46989
Ok, let me see if we can find a fix for this. I’ll set this to pending and hopefully put out an update within the next few days.December 4, 2017 at 8:32 am #47468
Hi Joshua, have you finally found a stable fix for this? Im asking because I have other problems with woocommerce that may be related. In Firefox & Chrome everything works fine but Safari has Shop related problems (tested only on mac)
here is a link: http://slowherb-naturkosmetik.com/shop/
Its not possible to add to cart, come back to shop etc.
Thanks in advance & best JohannesDecember 4, 2017 at 3:35 pm #47471
Sorry I didn’t update back here before. The gallery issue was resolved a while ago. If you still have issues with the latest version of Fusion, feel free to post back.
I’m not seeing any problems in Safari on OSX with your shop. Is this only with the AJAX feature turned on?December 4, 2017 at 9:26 pm #47474
testing on three machines i finally found it! – seems that in Safari you have to be a quick clicker!!
so if you cliiick on a button in the webshop slowly – nothing happens.
It has to be a speedy click (or better a clk), and everything is fine.
And for the AJAX feature in Customizer->Loading: the ajax on-off switch is gone in the last version, right?
so maybe there is a solution for slow-clickers like me.December 5, 2017 at 5:02 am #47478
The AJAX on-off should still be there. You might have to upgrade both Fusion, Elementor, and Kirki if it’s not showing.
Upgraded Fusion, Elementor, (also Elementor Pro) and Kirki to the most current version – no effect.
As for the click-issue, i´m quite sure its Fusion-specific. there are no such problems when i change to another theme.
should i upload a screenshot of the screen with the missing AJAX switch?December 6, 2017 at 7:48 am #47486
The gallery issue is definitely Fusion specific, but should have been resolved.
Please try refreshing your browser cache and checking the customizer again for the missing content. If that doesn’t work please post your login credentials privately.December 6, 2017 at 8:11 am #47491This reply has been marked as private.
