    Hello,
    I’m projecting a website based on the Photographer demo.
    The problem is that I can’t see anything about the homepage using Internet Explorer but it works great with Chrome or Firefox. The url is http://dev.lucchini-lippuner.ch/
    What to do?
    Thank you
    Marco

    Hi Marco,

    What version of IE are you using? And what are or aren’t you seeing (is it pure white or are just some items missing)?

    Hi Joshua,
    I’m using IE11.
    I can see the logo and the header with social icons and the menu, but the page is completely black. It shoulded be divided in 4 colums filled by 4 photos.

    For IE11 and below, we may need to specify the height for elements meant to match screen height. Add this to your Custom CSS:

    .full-height .elementor-row {
      height: 100vh;
    }

    Then add the class ‘full-height’ to your Section in Elementor under the Advanced tab.

    Where should I modify the Custom CSS? In Elementor it ask to pass to PRO.

    Anyway I’m not sure is a view problem. Opening the page on IE, on the tab there is not the name of the webpage (Lucchini & Lippuner as in Chrome) but “Waiting for Lucchini-Lippuner”.

    If you’re seeing a “Waiting for…” message, this may be a server issue and not one we can help you with. But when I tested with IE11, I was able to load the page and the above fix worked.

    For the CSS above, you’ll copy it to either:
    – The Additional CSS field in the Customizer.
    – Or your child theme stylesheet if you’re using one.
